What is Strobe Effect, term which is used in disclaimer of Online Streaming?

A Strobe is a light or lamp that flashes regularly and can make moving objects look like they're not moving or like they're moving very slowly. If the object you're looking at using a Strobe is moving at the same frequency as the Strobe is flashing, the object appears completely motionless.

The Stroboscopic Effect is a visual phenomenon caused by aliasing that occurs when continuous motion is represented by a series of short or instantaneous samples. When viewed under a Strobe light with its frequency tuned to the rate at which the droplets fall, the droplets appear to be suspended in mid-air.

Unlike every other pandemic to sweep the earth in our lifetime, Coronavirus seems to be giving us an education. Confined to our homes, we get a chance to process things with a mind clear of rush, anxiety and unnecessary workloads. And what do we see? Our mothers toiling in the kitchen. Remember that superheroes don't exist, until we will them to. Be a helping hand , a supportive shoulder , a friendly smile , a willing ear , for this might be the only chance you get. Thus, when this pandemic blows over and you walk out of your homes, cherish the thought that you gave somebody a reason to smile . 😇

INDIAN NAVY DAY - THE GLORIOUS NIGHT Observed every year on 4 December, Indian Navy Day commemorates the launch of Operation Trident against Pakistan during the 1971 India-Pakistan war. On the night of 4-5 December, the Indian Navy planned the attack as Pakistan did not have aircrafts that could carry out bombings at night.
